“Where Is It Leading?”
(Jer.17:9-10; 1Cor.10:31)

A lover of pleasures
A lover of God
To which now adhering
Which pathway to trod?
The world is misleading
Am I thus mislead?
Do I serve Jehovah
His pathway to tread?
My heart, its condition
Can treacherous be
Just where it is leading
What next will I see?
But for his direction
I daily will pray
I’ll beg that his spirit
Direct me each day
Jehovah, his glory
Will my life direct
What pleasures, what wonders
Can I now expect?
Through his word I’m finding
A wisdom and grace
My God, his instruction
I will thus embrace.
