An elder, an elder

An elder I hear

A man of distinction

Who does now appear

An honor a privilege

He's worked to attain

Position of honor

He'll work to maintain

His God he'll be serving

For him he will stride

To carry his burden

To do so with pride

And now with what pleasure

I write now to say

An elder before me

Appears now today!!
