Yes, oh what courage is needed

Facing the stress of the day

Courage to conquer the evils

For it we always must pray

Daily such pressures assail us

Pushing us down with its load

Heavy the burden we carry

Long is our journey or road

Eyes we will lift daily upward

And though our stresses abound

We who are seeking direction
